The EJ&E was an original owner, it acquired these models new from Baldwin:
V0660, V01000, DR4-4-1500 A&B, DT6-6-2000(NA), DT6-6-2000(SC)
Other models were acquired from other sources.

    sold to EJ&E as #270 (5/1940), it was rebuilt as slug T5 by EJ&E (9/1964)

    VO1000 #475 - 484

    All EJ&E VO1000s, except #482, were rebuilt with 606SC engines from the DT-6-6-2000 rebuild program in the 1960s. In the 1970s they were sold to Industrial Maintenance Service. The lone exception, #482, was sold to Minneapolis, Northfield & Southern as #12 in 1954
