From the Illinois Railway Museum newsletter, Rail & Wire #254
     "... in January 1983 IRM acquired its first VO660 – Youngstown Sheet & Tube (YST) 607.
     This locomotive was built a few months before WT 103, but was in poorer mechanical condition.
     In 1986, the Museum traded YST 607 to Chrome Crankshaft for WT 103, which was in better shape.
     WT 103 has been stored non-operational at IRM ever since."

Arrived August 1990. Purchased by the IRM in 1986 from the scrap dealer with funds raised by recycling aluminum pop cans.

Refered to at the IRM as the "Blue Dragon".
Arrived Apr. 26, 1983. It was purchased from the Soo Line (which had acquired the MN&S) for less than scrap value using donations from IRM members.
